Founded by Australian Certified Q grader and Coffee Roaster, Alec Zeta, who spent a decade plus in Melbourne, Australia learning all about coffee and perfecting his skills to produce a high quality product. Alec’s journey in the industry has led him to recognize the importance of expertise and precision in consistently delivering the best possible flavour in every roast.

We supply cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices with freshly roasted coffee beans tailored to their specific needs.

Contract Coffee Bean Roasting
We roast premium coffee beans in small batches and create carefully developed signature roast profiles to bring out their own unique coffee flavours tailored to individual brands, cafés, and corporate clients’ preference who want their own distinct identity.

Barista Training & Consulting
We provide complimentary Barista training and business consulting services to existing and subsequent Virgo clients with hands-on training on various brewing, equipment, and help create an effective café workflow to help streamline cafe businesses in serving better coffee.

Sourcing
We carefully select specific beans from trusted farms and cooperatives both locally and from around the world.
Evaluation
Every selected batch of coffee beans is conscientiously tested for its quality, moisture, density and TDS. Afterwards, we assess on how we can adjust its flavour profiles to suit our client’s preferences.
Roasting
We use high quality roasting equipment that utilizes digitally controlled profiles to bring out the optimal flavour characteristic of every bean.
Quality Control & Tasting
We do regular cupping sessions after every roast with our Q-grader on site to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained before it is approved for final packaging.
